What participants often ask
What is the minimum investment?
€ 100,000 per participant. The fund falls under the AFM registration regime and is therefore open only to participants who invest at least that amount.
How and when can I subscribe or redeem?
Monthly. Subscriptions and redemptions are executed at the official monthly price set at the valuation at the start of the month. You submit a request through the participant portal My A-DAM.
What is the difference between the official price and the daily price?
The official monthly price is the price after costs at which participants subscribe and redeem, set once a month. The daily price follows from the daily valuation of the fund assets on the blockchain and is indicative only.
What fees do I pay?
A 0.5% management fee per quarter, a 20% performance fee on returns above the high-water mark, and other costs capped at 2% per year. The official price is always after costs.
Where are the crypto assets held?
Fully on-chain, in a fund vault on Enzyme Finance on Ethereum mainnet. There is no custodian; transactions require a multi-signature with a four-eyes principle and are verifiable by anyone on the blockchain.
How is the fund taxed?
The fund is a tax-transparent mutual fund under Dutch law (fonds voor gemene rekening). Tax is levied at the level of the participant, depending on their personal situation. Please consult your own adviser.
Is the fund supervised by the AFM?
The manager is registered with the AFM under the registration regime of Section 2:66a of the Dutch Financial Supervision Act. The fund is not subject to ongoing supervision by the AFM or De Nederlandsche Bank. That is why the minimum investment of € 100,000 applies.
What is the return compared with?
With the CCI30, an index of the thirty largest cryptocurrencies. On the website you see fund and benchmark over the same period, both starting at 0% at the beginning of the chosen period.
